No, its just a reference. You dont get to keep anything. If you want to see what El Patrons sword looks like, what its abilities are, or what are the other legendary or famed weapons, it tells you. But it doesnt give you anything at all, other than knowledge. Check it out you will see. Its like an info guide for pirates.
