Ah Ha - I think I answered a question about Scoundrel of the Seas

We all know that there are some quest that have a list of ships as long as your arm. I was wondering how this might change how we do quest. This morning I set sail as Capt. Beard, I had a quest to sink 5 phantoms. Now as I was sailing I made sure to only hit phantoms. After I had completed sinking all 5 phantoms I noticed that the first level pirate flag had never appeared for me. Now this might have been a glitch but I hope it means that you can complete quest with out being bothered by bounty hunters. I will add more to this as we learn more.

I was wondering that too. Will be nice if we can complete our ship sinking quests without being pounced on by those pesky Bounty Hunters!

I'm pretty sure they come after you either when you:
a) Have full cargo of treasure chests or higher
b) Have sank enough ships for them to come after you, and that goes on the flag levels. such as
0 ships - lv 1
10 ships - lv 2
15 ships - lv 3, etc etc. JUST a theory though..
or
c) It's has to be a certain level of ships you sink for them to come after you.

The possibilities are endless really, I'll check the wiki and get back to you with any info I have.
